In my situation, I had my driver's license wrongfully revoked when I had a traffic accident.  I had some medical issues in the past that were on my driving record and the police report concluded that these issues were the sole reason for the accident.

My name is Robert. I am 25 and I work as a salesman in Lake Elsinore, California. On February 9th I was pulled over for a DUI by a California Highway Patrol officer. I did not feel I deserved to be charged with a DUI so I chose to fight the case. A friend who had also been arrested for a DUI recommended the services of Superior Law Center. I called Erik Friis and during our first conversation I could sense the high level of professionalism he held. I also noticed that Erik had a vast knowledge of the law and the Riverside County court system. Due to Erik’s attitude and professionalism, I was very confident that my case would have a good result.

I called Erik a few days after I was arrested. I gave him the facts of my case and he analyzed them. He promptly told me that I had a good case and that he would be happy to take the case. He told me when and where I had to be for court and meetings, which helped me. Erik also knows many great case experts; the fella he used for my case was awesome. The price I paid for the whole situation was a bargain compared to other DUI attorneys.

During the process I got to know Erik due to the time we spent together. He is simply a nice guy. The situation I was in stunk and Erik made it stink less. He made the time enjoyable for me by talking to me about sports and current affairs. He was even nice enough to buy me lunch, I was stoked.

I was upset when I was arrested for a DUI. I came to Erik Friis and he showed me that he was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. As a result Erik won my case. I was found NOT-GUILTY in my case. Erik did his job. I would most definitely recommend that if you are arrested for a DUI that you call Erik Friis.

Nice talking with you yesterday – you have a good manner about you. I appreciate you asking “What are your major concerns?” Most other attorneys were more concerned about getting my contact info than assuaging my concerns and would accuse me of trying to get “free legal advice” when I tried to even get some basic information. Perhaps I made a mistake by canceling the DMV hearing in terms of taking my suspension now & in the near future filing for SR22 insurance. Is there a way to “reverse” this or negate this from my records should we win this case or get it reduced? Thank you for your time & support & your message of hope!

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciated your services for my recent driving under the influence charge.

The initial experience was certainly an eye opener to just how "backwards" the law and the entire associated processes can be, especially for those who fall in the situation where they are under the legal blood alcohol limit as set be the state/DMV, as I did. Unfair situations like the one I was in, really justify the use of a professional for the best outcome.

For our initial phone call until the entire process was "complete" I have to commend you on your great service. I was not looking to retain the actor/attorney advertising on TV late at night and pay for their advertising space. I was looking for someone who was first class as far as honesty, knowledgeable, and who would provide "start to finish" service. You exceeded my expectations all the way through.

You truly made the process as painless as possible for me. Looking back, I made my initial phone call to you, awaited you phone calls as updates were available on the key dates you advised me of up front, and then signed all paperwork at the end. Not having to make any sort of appearance in a hearing/court setting made the process a lot easier with my job where continuous travel is required.
